1.What is Reverse osmosis?

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a process whereby water is forced through a permeable membrane. The membrane blocks large molecules from passing through tiny pores. Larger-sized matter is unable to fit through the pores, thus becoming trapped, while clean water, devoid of many contaminants, passes through. Reverse osmosis systems can be large enough to service a community or small enough to service a home

2. Do you offer any other type of water?

Because we believe that reverse osmosis, along with our 6 step process, produces water that has both an extremely high purity level along with great taste, reverse osmosis is the only water we choose to sell.

3. Why should I choose Wat-R-Boy?

When you purchase our water, you can be sure that not only are you getting a quality product with outstanding service, but you can know that you are supporting your local economy by buying from a locally owned and operated company founded in the triad area, and proudly serving our customers for over 25 years!

4. What if I already have a water cooler?

Many of our customers use their own water cooler. You are not required to rent one of ours. Our bottles will work with any standard water cooler and you can still get the same great prices and service as a water-only customer.

5. Do I have to be home for my delivery?

Wat-R-Boy delivers on a four week cycle. We give each of our residential customers a calendar showing them which day the driver will be making their scheduled delivery. All you have to do is set your empties out first thing in the morning and your driver will replace them. There is no need for someone to be home.

6. What if I run out of water/miss my delivery?

In either case, simply call our office and we will schedule a delivery for you. There is no extra charge for this service.

7. Do I have to sign a contract?

At Wat-R-Boy, you will never sign a contract. We believe that offering our customers a great product with great pricing and great service breeds loyalty. Our service is our contract.
